I'm sorry for your loss. Also, as a paid subscriber, I'm happy to just continue paying for what you're doing; I don't need anything extra; I appreciate what you're doing and find the content you create already worth my money.
As one of those smarter and better people, I welcome three posts, as it gives me more opportunities to scroll down to the comment section without reading, post something straddling the thin line between vapid and witty based on the headline, and receive internet clout points.
Because what else is there other than to post about other people's posts about posting.
Hey Jeremiah, huge fan of your content all the way back from NLP, since I "retired" from posting a while ago. I have deleted my Twitter and other group chat apps. In short, I think the social internet makes everyone crazier and stupider (or at least it does for me) and I didn't want to participate. Anyway, I love being a paid subscriber because the recaps you give are excellent and allow me to have some semblance of understanding what's going on without being plugged in myself. I don't scroll, I pay Jeremiah to do it for me! One of the big aversions people have to quitting social media (and many of the people you document should consider it for their own well-being) is FOMO and this substance ameliorates it. Keep up the good work!

'I'm in this photo and I don't like it."
I'd buy a paid subscription if I wasn't a poor college kid, hope this helps.

One thing I'd like to see is a way for subscribers to suggest or vote on topics for you to write about.
A Discord could be nice, but you might end up wanting to partner with other Substacks to maintain a decent userbase.
I'm sorry to hear about your family's loss
Sorry to hear about your losses, Jeremiah.
