There's a bit of artistry lost in the 'Hitler would be pro-trans' one - for those unaware, that poster is saying it in the pro-Hitler sense, not the anti-trans sense.
Twitter is the best evidence that humanity will never run out of new ideas.
We're losing out on some takes by being too focused on the West here. "Jews are bad because they're Nazis" is like an average Russian take and "Hitler would support Israel" is an average Indian one.
There is almost certainly some poster in Jakarta posting incredible content about like Aceh nationalism or something with zero salience anywhere else, and we are missing out.
One of the tweets you've included is about a person saying that trans men develop prostates on T. While this person might be exaggerating a little bit, it has been shown in medical studies that prostate tissue does indeed form in trans men on T. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35034167/
All tissue is at risk of becoming cancerous, this isn't anything out of the ordinary, and if it gives people gender euphoria then all power to them. Then there's the fact that there's clearly described "glandular proliferation", so I don't know where your claim of "no prostate glands" comes from. Although I wouldn't expect that to matter to you, considering how your blog is full of transphobia.
Re the million dollar tweet, Balajis has serious ups and downs. Mostly downs.
But if you'll think back to, uh, four years ago, the reaction to COVID online started with Balajis calling it a pandemic, VCs instituting handwashing protocols, and Vox calling them racist against Asians for worrying about it.
The links to get a discount in your ‘This Week In Discourse: Drama Alert’ article don’t work (for me). Any ideas?
Sorry about that! It should be working now, and the correct link is also here -

There's so much good stuff here. A "fat chick" of 130 lbs, "bicycles are the trans of traffic," and the one about Keanu are all standouts.
La Sombrita remains infuriating to me.
I didn't get this one at all, what's going on with that?
Have I missed a trick or can you no longer view tweet threads without a Twitter account?

Seriously? There's no "artistry" there. 🙄
Jesus fucking Christ

Yikes. They're not growing prostate glands. They're growing tissue which is at risk of becoming cancerous.

Omg some of these are so radically nonsensical I find it even hard to understand them
Now I know that I'm old because I cannot figure out how I'm supposed to vote on Twitter.

Poe's Law in action over and over: sincere, satire, and trolling are impossible to tell apart. Also, they have a point about tips being stupid.
I think I just inhaled my sinuses laughing. Thanks.
What do you mean, like half of these are what we youngsters call "bangers"
It's good to get a little reminder sometimes of how doomed we are.
